You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify JQ101 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. JQ101 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
JQ101 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
JQ101 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).

In no event shall JQ101's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JQ101 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JQ101 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Remaining account balances, after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation, will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting JQ101 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the JQ101 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting JQ101 customer support. JQ101 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
